Exercise 1 

Quantify Data

First exercise we were given the task to get something in a bunch , like a jar of candies or Legos etc

We then had to sort them using effective infographic display or graph formats that we design 

I choice a bunch of coins with different values and sort them accordingly , i took reference from a dollar sign shaped format because it was relevant to my stuff.

Exercise 2 

L.A.T.C.H

For exercise 2  we had to sort Pokémon's or something similar of our choice and separate them in turn with their characteristics.

Ms anis gave us a lot of reference examples , along with observation of my class mates. 

I noticed there was a lot of similarity between the work my classmates were presenting , i always like to try different things so i came up with the following as my final outcome .





 Exercise 3 

Text Infographic voiceover

For our exercise three. We were given a sample audio of a narrative video and we had to use text infographic to in form of captions or similar.

For this excersies i used after effects and kept adding directly in after effects while synching with the audio.

Exercise 4 Weather forecast infographic 


This exercise we had to make a weather forecast infographic animation using a forecast sir provided

Reflections

I enjoyed all the exercises honestly from the start i liked infographics and these exercises just increased my interests in it . I found the exercises very versatile and easy to do while at the same time having a good idea about infographics and the module , looking forward to more similar work .

My way of writing is often very descriptive however in this module we were going the other way and decreasing words which was pretty annoying in the beginning but then I caught up pretty good. Major project - Final compilation and reflection

  Dayyan Ahmed 0344670 Bachelor's of Design Creative Media Major Project Final compilation and reflection Instructions Project Breif  Our breif for our major project was pretty straightforward we had to find a real life problem and produce a real life solution for it through our project. After which we provide a proposal to be accepted. at the end of the semester we were to present our projects in an exhibition. My choice of topic was "binaural beats as an aid in drug recovery" related to the sdg of drug abuse and solutions Proposal : So my chosen project was countering the problem of increasing drug relapse in rehab centres due to doctors not having a solution to help their patients in recovery. My solution was to run a campaign about an effective solution that doctors can use to help their patients to decrease relapse which was binaural beats. Creative brand strategy  project 3 Dayyan Ahmed (0344670) Content conversion and statistics Instructions Task brief  For project 3 we were told to compile all our content and then analyze and compare which posts had the highest conversion rate. what type of posted they were and how well did they work through the campaign Final compilation and statistics presentation Feedback  - Slides were a bit too statistic based - Could make more room to show more content  Reflection The final project here helped me understand how different content interacts with an audience. During the comparison i could point out which type of content was above others and a more better approach when running a specific campaign.
